If you really want to make your property stand out from the rest, why not try having some dusk (or twilight) photography shots done? It won’t work for all properties, but for some it can make all the difference. The warm light from the windows gives the house a lovely lived-in look that adds character and personality to the property. The darker sky can also add a touch of drama.

From a photographic point of view it’s quite tricky (taking lots of shots, merging them together and then some ‘light-painting’ to bring out the detail) – and obviously it’s time-critical, but if time allows it can really give your property the ‘wow’ factor.

We did the photography at dusk for the property above and the client was delighted.
