For some properties, particularly larger properties, seeing them from a higher perspective can be a real bonus. Aerial photography and videography can greatly enhance their appeal to potential buyers or renters, by showing how the building and the surrounding environment fit together. Where properties have larger areas of land, or are situated in particularly beautiful surroundings, taking pictures from a higher perspective can really show these off in their best light.

Please remember that flights are always subject to weather and environmental factors (e.g. if it’s really windy, we can’t fly – or if the property is near an airport or other sensitive location, we aren’t allowed to fly etc.)

Aerial Videography

The drone allows us to film videos from the air too. When added to footage from ground level, it can make a stunning property video. If the property has land, or is in a great setting, it’s well worth thinking about showing it off using our aerial videography service. See the example below:
