Photographs of empty rooms often don’t convey much to a prospective buyer, or renter. Sometimes it helps to have some furnishings in the room to help give the image a sense of scale and proportion. We can add ‘virtual’ furniture and furnishings to images of empty rooms, or sparsely furnished rooms to help the viewer see the room’s full potential.

Prices will depend on the number of images, and the amount of staging required. On average, it works out at about £25 per image. Once again, when you compare that cost with the value of the property, it’s tiny – and it could make all the difference.
